- Rocks Glass
- Bar spoon
- ¾ ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Red Belly Honey
- 3 small fresh-cut hemp leaves
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 lime wedges
- ¼ cup fresh blackberries
- Cracked ice
- ¾ ounce white rum
- Club soda
- Dash of Angostura aromatic bitters
- Mint sprig, hemp leaves, and seasonal flowers for garnish
In a rocks glass, add the lime juice and honey. Using a bar spoon, vigorously stir the ingredients together until the honey fully dissolves into the lime juice. Smack the hemp and mint leaves, then add them to the glass along with the lime wedges and blackberries. Using a muddler, gently muddle the ingredients to release the hemp/mint oils and blackberry juices (be careful not to tear the hemp and mint leaves or over muddle!). Fill the glass to the top with cracked ice, then add the rum. Top with club soda and a dash of Angostura bitters. Stir well with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a mint sprig, hemp leaves, and edible flowers before serving. Enjoy!
