Honey Watermelon Mocktail
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cut into large cubes
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
- 1 small lime, juiced plus extra for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Red Belly Honey
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glassware, such as martini glasses, and garnish each with lime wedges. For a spirited version, add 2 ounces vodka. Serves 4.
