Check out Red Belly Honey’s small screen debut on Fox Denver Morning News, kicking off the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen tomorrow. Chef Derek Simcik demos a dish he’ll be serving with Red Belly Honey: grilled venison on lemongrass skewers. The Vietnamese inspired street food will be accompanied by nuoc cham (fish sauce, garlic, lime and Red Belly Honey) that’s also in a creamy aioli.
