Warming Winter Tea with Red Belly Honey

Warming Winter Tea

  • 6 cups water
  • 10 dried longans
  • 6 jujubes (red dates), halved
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon Red Belly Honey

Combine water, longans, jujubes and goji berries in a saucepan. Heat to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer gently, 1 hour. Add honey. Serve hot or chilled. Makes 2 servings.
