Celebration Pomegranate Cocktail
Fizzy and fun, this celebratory cocktail is just what you need to get the party started. For a brunch version, sub in freshly squeezed orange juice and garnish with a honey-dipped orange slice.
- Red Belly Honey as needed
- Pomegranate seeds
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1 ounce St. Germain
- ½ ounce Red Belly Honey simple syrup, recipe follows
- 2 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine
Dip part of the rim of a tall glass with Red Belly Honey and dip in pomegranate seeds. Add ice followed by pomegranate juice, St. Germaine and honey simple syrup. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Makes 1 cocktail.
To make Red Belly Honey simple syrup, dissolve 2 ounces honey with 4 ounces of warm water. Shake to blend.
